What’s included in your website packages?
Our website packages include everything you need to get online and grow: strategy and planning, design and development, SEO foundations, mobile responsiveness, and 60 days of post-launch marketing support. Each package is tailored to your business goals and audience.
Do I own the website once it’s done?
Yes, once final payment is received, all deliverables are yours. You’ll have full access and ownership of your website, brand files, and other assets.
How does payment work?
For website and branding projects, we ask for a 50% deposit upfront to begin work. The remaining 50 percent is due when the project is complete and before we hand over full access. For ongoing services like social media or SEO, payments are billed monthly in advance and are due before the first of each month.
What if I need extra work outside the original scope?
We’ll always be clear about what’s included. If you request something outside the agreed scope, we’ll provide a separate quote for that work. No changes go ahead unless approved by you in writing.
What happens after my website goes live?
All website projects include 60 days of support to help you settle in. During this time, we monitor performance, refine SEO, and assist with minor updates, digital marketing setup and questions. After that, we offer flexible monthly support plans or can assist on an as-needed basis.
Can I cancel monthly services anytime?
Yes, all monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. This gives us time to wrap up properly, ensure a smooth handover, and avoid any disruption to your marketing.
Do I need to manage my own ads or social media?
No, we offer both fully managed and setup-only options. If you’d prefer to manage things in-house, we’ll get you started and train your team. If you want us to handle it all, we can take care of the content, posting, boosting, and reporting.
How quickly do you respond to questions or changes?
We aim to respond to emails and messages within one business day. We value clear and open communication and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes, our websites are designed to be easy to manage. We use platforms like Shopify and Webflow that allow you to update content, add pages, and make changes without needing a developer. We also provide tutorials or training as part of our 60 day support program.
Can I use my own hosting or platform?
We typically work with Shopify and Webflow because they’re secure, flexible, and easy to use for clients. If you have another platform in mind, we’re happy to talk through options and make a recommendation based on your goals.
Can I add on services later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a website and add social media, SEO, or marketing support later. Our packages are flexible and can grow with your needs.
Do you provide training or handover documentation?
Yes, we can provide training sessions or video walkthroughs tailored to your website and tools. We also include written handover notes or documentation where needed to help you feel confident managing your digital presence.
