CHOC'D approached us looking to grow online sales and increase bookings for their kids’ parties. Their existing Shopify store wasn’t effectively guiding customers to buy or book, especially on mobile, and the site structure didn’t support marketing efforts.
We started with a targeted refresh in September 2024 to improve performance and usability. The early results were encouraging - so much so that it uncovered more growth potential. This led to a second, full redesign launched at the end of December 2024, focused on reimagining the buying journey and optimising every part of the site for conversion and scale.
We then supported the launch with 3 months of SEO, social media, and paid campaign management to amplify results and build momentum.
