Our approach centred on resetting how the brand showed up online.
We started with a full brand and design update. We introduced a cleaner, more modern visual identity, stronger messaging, and a more premium feel across the website and packaging.
This shift made the brand easier to understand and more compelling for first-time buyers.
From there, we rebuilt the Shopify website with a focus on conversion. The new structure, product pages and overall flow were designed to guide customers more clearly from first visit through to purchase, particularly on mobile.
With a stronger foundation in place, we implemented a structured Meta ads system. Rather than running isolated campaigns, we introduced a consistent approach to testing creative, messaging and offers, focused on acquiring new customers and scaling what worked.
Alongside this, we improved SEO and Merchant Centre setup to increase visibility and support ongoing acquisition from high-intent search traffic.
Each step was designed to work together, turning the brand, website and marketing into a connected system built for growth.
